N2H....a plethora of angst, confusion, drama, and free expression.

Their crunchy riffs varying from a punk edge to melancholy rage gives a grunge experience for almost everybody besides the most delicate of snowflakes.

Their songs touch base on mental health issues and matters based on the song writer's difficult experiences in cognitive dissonance from trying to be popular in school and later "society" and "culture" at large.

The Trio of Jamie, Tim and Jac had started Nothin2Heavy in a bid to keep CounterCult Records on the map after various studio/label/band accomplishments & disasters, and united in overcoming the effects of something of a "Great Flood".
 
Jamie had angst ridden gnarly riffs ready to go. Tim the producer/engineer started hitting the drums. Jac the "guy who was just around" picked up the bass. Somehow it worked. Nothin2Heavy was born.

3 studio builds and demolitions and over 50 gigs later the N2H E.P. was complete and ready for release on CounterCult Records.
